We value your time, and we hope you value ours as well. The travel time as well as the time spent doing walkthroughs are the main reason. We also understand you may be looking at other systems to install as well, and for our own sake, we take this price upfront to ensure our technicians time is valued.

Tech support, is support for almost anything. Computer, Phone, TV, Printer, etc. Literally anything you need help with tech wise, we can help.
Why $65:
Again, most tech support technicians charge upwards of $70 to $85 for basic support. We offer a significant reduced cost to industry standard, allowing customers to get support for a fair price.

Smart Home Management plans gives you the option for us to manage and monitor your smart home products after installation. With this management plan, you get instant and VIP support from ECKO for any troubleshooting or issues for your system, anytime. With this, if a problem occurs on your system, we will come out and troubleshoot for free, up to an hour, per month. Battery powered devices? When they die, let us know, and we’ll come out and replace with brand new charged ones, no fee. With no management plan, it would be $75/hour for any calls and home visits for troubleshooting.
