The Fine Print:
If your time runs out for a given month, any calls to the hotline and support rendered will be billed at $65 additionally per hour, again, in 10 minute increments
A call may need a home visit. This incurs separate fees of a home consultation/visit of $65 an hour
A call may lead to a scheduled session virtually. This too will be billed at $65/an hour
